YT Lab is a solo product studio planning, testing, shipping, and running apps and games with AI agents across the App Store, Google Play, and Apps in Toss. We also automate YouTube production and publishing.

유튜브 바이브빌더에서 AI 도구 실측과 앱을 만들고 출시하는 과정을 기록합니다. 대본에서 TTS·자막 싱크·렌더·썸네일·메타데이터·업로드까지 제작과 발행을 자동화합니다. On Vibe Builder, I test AI tools and document building and shipping apps. The production pipeline runs from script through TTS, captions, rendering, thumbnails, metadata, and YouTube upload.
